Method

Standard Article Template

  1. Problem definition
  2. Principles invoked
  3. Constraints (legal, ethical, administrative)
  4. Proposal mechanism
  5. Financing architecture
  6. Incentives and failure modes
  7. Evidence and uncertainty
  8. Metrics (leading and lagging)
  9. Counterpoints (left, right, center)
  10. Common-ground synthesis
  11. Pilot and sunset plan
  12. Non-contradiction check against base rules

The goal is comparability: same structure, same evidence discipline, same failure-mode accounting.

Triangulation Method

For each viewpoint, require three answers:

  1. What is the worst failure your approach could cause?
  2. What safeguards prevent that failure?
  3. What evidence would convince you to change course?
